What's the cancelation policy?

You can cancel your booking for free up to 5 days before your stay begins. If you cancel less than 5 days before your check-in date, cancellation fees may apply.

Is parking available and the cost?

Free street parking is available nearby, but spaces can be limited depending on the season. For a convenient option with 24/7 access, the underground Public Parking Garage Candido dos Reis is within walking distance and costs a maximum of 14€/day. Can I request earlier check-in?

Our standard check-in time is 4 PM. We do our best to accommodate early check-in requests, but this depends on availability and our team’s schedule. Check-in codes are provided as soon as the apartment is prepared to welcome you.

Can I store my luggage before check-in time?

If the apartment is not yet ready when you arrive, we recommend checking the Maps section on our website for nearby options to safely store your luggage. This way, you can explore the area without the hassle of carrying your bags.

What amenities are provided?

We provide essentials to ensure a comfortable stay, including linens, bathroom basics, and a fully equipped kitchen in our apartments.
